This is prequel from "The End Of Century Prime Minister" by Eiki Eiki. Actually it's not prequel it's just Ryouichi Makita's flash back (or dream) when he is unconsciousness because someone shoot him as a protector of Kanata (if you already read "The End Of Century Prime Minister", you'll know).
Flash back begin with his Senior High School's life. At that time it was the first time he befriend with Kanata. At first he hate him but after that he likes Kanata. He enjoys the time they spend. But he burried his feeling for the sake of they're friendship....
